If the referral system is enabled for your account, every user will get a referral code. This referral code can be used by a first time user as a coupon code to get a one time discount. On a successful first transaction by the new user, the existing user (whose referral code was used) gets a bonus coupon code.


Both the referral code and the bonus coupon code for a given user can be viewed in the User Management console. Here are the steps to view the referral codes of a user :


1. Login to the Presto admin console

2. Click on the "Users" button

3. Search for the required user, using phone number or email id

4. Click on the "View Referral Information" button in the "Actions" column to view the referral code and the bonus coupon codes associated with the user.


Notes :

  1. If you do not see the "Users" button in the admin console dashboard, please raise a support request to enable "User Management" feature for your account.
  2. If you do not see a referral code for any user, then please make sure that referral program is included in your platform subscription.
